The cut profiles will be machined and space for drainage holes, mounting slots, etc. in accordance with assembly requirements.

The water leakage holes punched out by the profile processing are cleaned out by the machine with aluminum shavings and other tiny substances inside the profiles to make the profiles cleaner and neater.

The machine makes hardware holes and punches hardware slots in the profiles and carries out special processing for its different profile types.

After the assembly of the frame and glass is completed, detect whether the glass is damaged and bear weight in the assembly process, and measure whether the length and width of the profile is in line with the factory standard, and use the protective film to wrap the profile for protection, and the installation is completed three months before the protective film can be torn off.
